John Paul Rice: "Child Abuse is at the Heart of EVERYTHING"

Thank you so much, guys. Mark, I watch everything of yours but this is the first time I've been introduced to John Paul Rice. I listened but more so, FELT your sharing, John Paul, in very deep ways. I suffered tremendous emotional abuse as a child. There were a couple of instances of minimal sexual abuse too but it was the emotional abuse, from both of my parents, aided by a Catholic upbringing, that has taken a lifetime to overcome simply because of the foundation that was set when I was just a child. Breaking foundational patterns, as an adult, that were established over 4 decades ago, has proven to be immensely challenging. But a breakthrough happened just a few weeks ago.

A lot of my work is captured in the moment, purposely. Capturing something raw, without editing it ... and in this case, without allowing the old pattern of PROTECTING MY ABUSERS to trump my own personal well being ... let's just say, it was essential that I fearlessly allowed myself to capture this when I did. I am sharing it now, with you, because this is the only way I can even begin to express to you how much I FELT your expressions in this video.

It felt like it was the exact same frequency I was on when this transmission/sharing came through me, 3 weeks ago. What can be perceived as anger is not ... it is me defending myself. It is my adult version of myself FINALLY giving voice to the child version. It is the adult who now can recognize the deeply damaging patterns she has kept repeating as she has worked to get to the root of the wound to heal so as to allow her to finally create a life of Love for herself. It is an expression from the child who suffered at the hands of adults time and time again ... when other adults knew what was going on and did nothing for one reason or another to stand up for the kid(s) being affected. It is the adult who despite knowing intellectually, her worth is still battling the foundation of self-doubt and self-sabotage that was made 'normal' because of the abuse.

This recording captured me, in the moment, recognizing this pattern and acting in a way that finally provides me with a knowing and understanding of what it FEELS like to stand up and be FULLY behind myself. And because I have remembered myself to be, at my soul's essence, LOVE ... by extension, this is an expression of standing up for and behind LOVE. Thank you so much for sharing!

Mark, RTE has been championing Abramovich recently. Pointing this out on Twitter got me a troll satanist from Ireland. His profile was terrifying. This country (Ireland) has drifted so far from God. However, like yourself, I have come to God. I find myself astonished by my own 180 degree life-turnabout...first about Trump, then God!
