Jim Siefert, Lincoln County Health Board Member says Vaccine Mandates are propaganda conspiracy theory

Lincoln County, Montana. Here is the full text of Mr. Siefert's statement:

"I was gonna talk about vaccines. You know the document for vaccines is over 3,000 pages long. It's FDA-approved and it was approved under President Donald Trump which he said, "Warp speed," and he was irate that they didn't get it out before the election. Most of the vaccination documentation is very transparent, and all of a sudden you're saying, your getting this propaganda conspiracy theory that says, "You're gonna make this vaccination mandatory. We're gonna have to get it. You're gonna hold us down." Well, we don't do that in the United States that I know of. And what I call that, is I call that "gas lighting." And what that is, they're bending modern communications and marketing techniques with longstanding methods of spreading propaganda. So if you hear that, that's just propaganda. They're trying to get your emotions. And this pandemic we're in, I'm in it for the science. And science doesn't have friends. I mean it just tells you the way it is."
