This Member of the Florida State Guard Special Missions Unit has been doing privately-funded rescues from the history-making flooding from Hurricane Helene, in Western North Carolina, which I suspect was a genocidal Directed Energy Weapons attack against the indigenous Appalachian population, to clear the area for Chinese-business-oriented lithium mining for lithium battery production, in a contract signed by the DoD.
