Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, first wants to give big props to loyal viewer, Tait, who came up with this idea. Today we discuss the notion that Operation Reticent Recall is a front for the creation of a national gun registry. We know that Federal law, prohibits the use of any government resources to compile any type of gun database. We also know that the ATF has recently classified certain triggers and solvent traps, standing alone, as NFA regulated firearms and have begun seizing these items. Prior to the seizure phase of this operation, ATF used government resources to forcefully extract data, of the sale of these items, which they now consider to be firearms, to then compile that data, in a searchable format, for enforcement of this operation. Is that not a gun registry that the American tax payer funded? Learn more and arm yourself with education today.
