My point is not the fact they want to use these for executions it is the fact they have reordered another 30,000 of them...How many places are there thats use an electric chair for execution the USA surely cant be 30k. American soldiers who know about them and who have been trained to use them are on the impression they are fr use over seas.....WTF?
