Shooting in the dark is definitely uncomfortable the first time you do it. Concentrating on the flashlight hold distracted me enough to incur a Procedural Error on Stage 4 for failure to be retreating when I fired the first shot. We can't improve our minds ability to absorb environmental stressors without pushing our limits and training for it.
