The Idahoan shares his paraphrase of the 60th Psalm.

Lyrics:

The earth is riven ‘neath our feet,
It trembles and doth shake,
Because our God we have displeased,
‘Til He did us forsake.

Lord unto them that fear Thee,
Thou hast given Thy true word,
For guiding light and liberty,
It doth to them afford.
Now astonished by adversity,
We’ve learnt our lesson hard.

And prayed, ‘Now, Lord, hear me,
Of Thy mercy and Thy love:
Thy deliverance send to me,
From where thou reignest above!’

God answered me in holiness,
According to His grace:
He will once more walk with us,
As we His ways embrace.

Through God we shall be valiant;
He will tread down our foes!
In conquest now be salient,
As His truth ev’ry land overthrows!
