HPR 223 Factory Reloaded... Not So Good! 11JUL2021

Started to check some HPR 223 that I had purchased from Sportsman Warehouse back in 2016. I was told that it was factory new. Turns out it's factory reloaded and not new! Quite a bit of it is "out of spec". Some of the "out of spec" I think will chamber in my bolt action because it barely failed in the chamber gauge but I wouldn't run any of the failed in my semi-automatics.
