How to Detect EMF & RF Tutorial That Every Home Needs (Step by Step) | EMF & RF the Silent Killers

Today we are overloaded with Electromagnetic Frequencies (EMF) and Radio Frequencies (RF). But firstly let me tell you and make it very clear for you guys that Exposure to EMF and RF are really detrimental to our health and specifically the health of our children.

You don’t see them, you don’t smell them and many of us don’t actually feel them. EMF and RF radiation are really the 21 century silent killers. They truly have a severely negative impact on our health.

Difference between EMF and RF:

Electromangactic Frequencies (EMF, or EMR) they come from all of your electrical devices – and come from electrical line and the electrical outlets around your house. On the other hand Radio frequencies (RF) comes from all of your communicating devices (cell phones, Routers, neighbors routers, the cell phone Towers in your neighborhood).

But the good news is you can protect yourself with THREE main simple steps. Here is your whole house EMF protection and RF protection recipe:

1. Determine if and where these radiations are present where you live AND where you work
2. How strong these radiations are with a help of a device which I will show you in a minute
3. Find out how to shield and protect against excessive radiation

In order to find out if EMF and RF ARE present in your home or your work area and their strength of these radiations you need two pieces of investment for your health.

A reliable EMF meter and a reliable RF meter.

EMF meter is used to measure the intensity of electrical and magnetic radiation coming of off your electrical lines and all of electrical devices…. (TVs, Toaster Ovens, Fridges, Electrical Stoves, desktops, monitors, fans, air purifiers)

When you detect EMF, slowly move away from the device until the dial goes below 3 milli-gauss indication. In the Trifield 100XE EMF meter it’s easy to spot, it’s the dotted line on your meter, so as long as you are within this range you should be safe.

Next switch your EMF meter to Electrical setting for measuring all your devices as well electrical outlets.

RF Meter:

RF radiation (which is actually in the microwave range) is used by communicating devices such as cell phones, wifi routers, your neighbors cell phones, the strength of cell phone towers near you with the addition of the radiation coming out of your microwave oven, which is a very serious health risk. So what you need to do is turn on your RF meter and walk around your house. From corner to corner, especially focus on the areas where you spend the most time around, like your sleeping bed, couches, dining tables, and your bathrooms.

The Cornet Electrosmog meter comes with a very simple manual that shows for you the highest acceptable RF exposure for various countries. For example radiations over 49 V/M dangerous while Switzerland holds the most strict standards and cautions agasint any RF radiation over 6 V/M. My recommendation is no matter where you live, use the lowest acceptable limit as your standard of acceptable. In this case Switzerland.
