    Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the Congressional letter sent to ATF which help place the Hellfire Trigger System on ATF's Most Wanted List, but more importantly, points out that Binary Triggers are mentioned on several occasions in the nasty little letter Congress sent ATF. Knowing that Congressional pressure got the Hellfire system onto the list, why would anyone think that the same pressure is going to land Binary Triggers on the same hit list? Of course, ATF specifically excluded Binary Triggers in their Open Letter from March 22 of this year, but as we know, the ATF is often changing directions for no reason.
