Havana Syndrome -- On September 7 2018, SMA (US Department of Defense Strategic Multilayer Assessment) hosted a speaker session presented by Dr. Carey Balaban (University of Pittsburgh), Dr. Diane DiEuliis (National Defense University), Dr. James Giordano (Georgetown University), and Dr. Michael Hoffer (University of Miami) as a part of its SMA General Speaker Series.

In part I of this series, I presented the conclusions of Dr Hoffer in a short documentary using both his PowerPoint slides and his presentation of these slides during the teleconference.
