I am going to be totally honest here. Even if guns ended up illegal, confiscation would not be an easy task. You see, unless agents form a line on one coast, go house to house, confiscate, then continue that line? It will be impossible to take every single one. Yes, they can easily get those who are registered, but consider all the undocumented weapons out there.
