GUM WARDEN REDONE

In this imaginative short absurdist film, the warden of a notorious New York City jail leaves the jail, determined to find a way to change the system. Upon hearing a Gum Cracker cracking her gum, she decides to become a "Gum Warden." Shot in a single afternoon just outside of the jail in question, this film makes a powerful point about the state of modern jails, while also conveying a wonderful penchant for slapstick comedy.
