Backers of blackface-wearing Trudeau need to chill over The Great One’s appearance at victory party in Florida.

It’s a bit rich for people who support our blackface-wearing prime minister to be outraged at Wayne Gretzky appearing at Donald Trump’s victory party. As the saying goes though, if progressives didn’t have double standards, they wouldn’t have standards at all.

Gretzky is facing outrage over his appearance at Mar-A-Lago with Trump on Tuesday night.

I’ve seen people posting that they will boycott the wines bearing Gretzky’s name, that they have cancelled their memberships, that this is more evidence of the dangers of hockey’s toxic effect on Canada, that Gretzky is clearly no longer a Canadian icon.

Give me a break.

Legendary hockey star Wayne Gretzky is from Canada, but this week, he’s trending for his thoughts on American politics.

Gretzky, 63, comes from Brantford, Canada. He is the greatest player in hockey history and it’s not even close. Gretzky is typically pretty soft spoken, though he’s branched out in recent years, joining Turner Sports’ coverage of the sport. He’s also starting to send more messages politically.

The 20-year NHL veteran made it clear that he leans to the right.

Jean Paré, Best-Selling ‘Everyday’ Cookbook Author

With easy-to-follow recipes developed in her native Canada, she became one of the world’s top cookbook authors, publishing more than 30 million copies.

Jean Paré, a cookbook author who taught millions of Canadians how to cook with her series of more than 200 self-published cookbooks called “Company’s Coming,” died on Dec. 24 in Edmonton, Alberta. She was 95.

Her death, in a hospital, was confirmed by her granddaughter Amanda Lovig Hagg. She did not specify a cause but said that Ms. Paré’s health had been deteriorating for about a year.
