What some people don't realize is that the moratorium on eviction or foreclosure, does not mean that they are not in the rears on payments. The day the moratorium is not extended renters and homeowners will start the legal processes to remove them from the homes. When I went through it back in 2007, my BOA made an agreement that if I added $400/ month to my mortgage payment for 1 year, They would not foreclose. 10 months after honoring the agreement, I was 4 days late. BOA sent a letter with intent to foreclose demanding payment for the balance of the home. Essentially, BOA kept me at 90+ days late for 10 months. In GA, I only had the following month (law requires to run ad in newspaper for 1 calendar month) to prepare to move. I cringe how many people are already in this type of agreement as of today if not once the moratorium is no longer extended.

No evictions, the communist are in charge and there is no such thing as property rights unless you voted for or defended someone they don't like.
