On a 78rpm record with the Victor "batwing" label, this is performed by the Victor Light Opera Company. It consists of selections from "A Modern Eve," a production of its day. Probably hasn't been heard much in 70 years or so....and though this is on a modern player, it's still pretty much the way your great-grandparents would have heard it on their parlor Victrola.
