GA Watch ballots being counted/tabulated 3 times on video

Description: "So not only did election officials lie about a pipe burst, send observers away, pull out hidden ballots, and continue counting in secret. But they also scanned the same stack of ballots *THREE* times in a row!!!" Sorry this is fuzzy. But, if you watch it a few times and/or stop it you can see it certainly looks like that is occurring. The ballots are counted by machines, in case you weren't aware, and they get loaded up like that. These people are ballot counting staff. WHY IS THE SAME STACK BEING COUNTED 3 TIMES? All fake Biden votes and trying to raise his numbers?
