Energy Field Expansion - with the Language of Light

As empathic beings in a chaotic world we often learn to take up much less space, energetically than is our right to. Whether it be due to an introverted nature, poor treatment from others, a lack of confidence, or simply because can be difficult as a sensitive empath to inhabit public spaces without absorbing the energies of others.
A shyness or pulling back from the world around us can cause our energy field to shrink back also, leaving us more prone to energetic attack and overwhelm by the expanded energies of others.
So while our natural inclination may be pull our energy in, like a shield of armour around our body, it makes more sense to expand it out, proud and light filled and divine...so that rather than our vibration being adversely affected by others, others might be uplifted by coming into contact with us.

It's best to listen with headphones in a quiet space, also be sure to attune your energies to that of the crystal grid/image, in order to receive the extra activation it gives, and remember to listen with your heart, not your mind.
