I wish I discover this Chilli Man Seasoning Mix sooner. I love chili but could never get the right recipe for my taste. This one hits the spot! Add more or less of whatever you like to make this one pot meal outstanding. Yummy in my tummy!

EASY PRESSURE COOKER RECIPES: Easy Beef Chili

INGREDIENTS
2 pounds ground beef
2 packets of Chilli Man Seasoning Mix
1 medium or large onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1-2 cups celery, chopped
5-6 jalapenos, chopped
1 can 8 ounce tomato paste
1 can 20-24 ounce diced tomato
1 can 20-24 ounce whole tomato, roughly cut
1 can 14-16 ounce red kidney bean
1 tbsp salt
1 cup water
Optional toppings...shredded cheese, chopped onion, sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS
1) Add all ingredients to pressure cooker pot and mix well
2) Cook for 45 minutes (or per your pot instruction), with the pressure valve closed

NOTE:
My pot is 5 liter, about 5 quarts or 20 cups. Adjust the recipe to your pot size.

*Although I like to season my meat with 1 packet of seasoning mix and salt first, it is not necessary. You can just add all ingredients together.

BONUS:
If cooking on the stove top, simmer on low heat for 45-60 minute, stirring occasionally
