This one is for you Dad!

This video is a very personal one for me. Just over a year ago, I made this video for my dad. His health had been deteriorating and his hospital stays were happening more often. The hospital stays were long and his body muscles would weaken. Home therapy was required afterwards.

This video was geared toward what I understood my Dads needs to be. This will not be what everyone needs or should be doing. Always discuss with your doctor if this, or any other, exercise program is right for you. Only participate if your doctor gives you the OK.
