My laptop has its moments where it thinks its a jet. It dies down after like 20 seconds. My CPU usage isn't high either it's only around 20% even while I'm streaming. I checked. So I dunno how the hell to fix that. And it's a good laptop too it's not cheap. It's an Alienware laptop, Intel CORE i7. I'm not a PC Gamer, I'm not a techy. I don't know.
