Strange and weird, right? I’ve studied psychology for decades. I degreed in it. I have been so conditioned over the years, my first take is this man is daft.

Then I stop and think—remember—they took out my babies in the 1970s with WHAT? their baby shots. I’m missing a chunk of my arm WHY? They irradiated the muscle off in a radiation experiment when I was only weeks old.

The people I lunge the word “daft” at may not be daft at all. It is the people who hurt my babies and who hurt me as a baby who are.
