Here’s the recipe:
Put the following ingredients in a blender:
Raw cream - about 1 cup
Egg yolks - 3 or 4
Fruit - liberally, 1 cup mange, 2 bananas, fruit and quantity of choice
Honey - liberally - 2+ tablespoons
Salt - pinch or more
BLEND then FREEZE for at least 6 hours
