Dominion voting gave 18 patents as collateral to HSBC bank Canada on September 25th, 2019.

I look deeper into the 18 patents that Dominion Voting Systems gave as collateral in September of 2019 to HSBC Canada as collateral and ask the question, did China have access to this technology? If so, the 18 patents HSBC held, could allow a trap door into U.S. Voting systems. Why did Governors and Secretaries of States of different states not do their due diligence and discover this information before allowing dominion to run their states vote in 2020?
