Developing vaccines for the veggies you eat

Someone shared this quote, “vaccines in the food supply will eliminate the problem of vaccine hesitancy” - the infamous Bill Gates
Does this video make you want to grow more of your own food, and use heirloom seeds? The video implies it would be done in leafy veggies rather than say carrots. At least greens are among the easiest to grow....
