Deepfake Fauci - Look at the Mask and Hear the Voice - It's not him

When I see videos like this, which have been going on for many years of people saying these are (mask), (clones) or (reptilians), they always show us the video in 240p or lower. This is year 2021 where most video cameras are 8K or 4K, even mobile phones which are phones 1st, computers 2nd and cameras is their 3rd option, even those mobile phones are 4K and a few are 8K. So why do these people insist on trying to show proof of a fraud but only give us a blurred image in low resolution of 240p.
