Condor Woodlaw and Customer service initial review

Condor makes a good quality, budget knife, and I have no reason to believe that the Woodlaw is any different, but I am sorry to say that I received mine with a defect.
Defects happen, and I understand that, and dealing with Condor's customer service has been a pleasure, so as soon as I receive a replacement knife, I will be ready to give a full review!
