Propulsion scientist and mind scientist were secretly transfered from devastated Nazi Germany to prospering CIA to help the rest of the Freemasons to backstabbed North American constitutions of the unsworn. With murderous-intent for the unsworn the well established Cult-thUgs found "safe places" of secrecy to injected the "paperclip-thUgs" into American and Canadian universities and hospitals and of course NASA.

In Canada, these scientists help create the Avro Arrow https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Avro_Canada_CF-105_Arrow in the late 1950s. But Canada was not going to be a super-power competing with US technology, so the Cult masters sunk those top of the line fighter jets. It did not work into the Cult's master-plan to subdue North America after a Cold cold war of psychological destruction of the unsworn.
