The Blank Ballot Problem

In the last 2 elections in Pinellas County, did more than 30,000 people cast a completely blank ballot in person, vote-by-mail, or early voting? Or somehow do some legitimately cast ballots become blank? And why now is this information not available in public record requests? We will explain why this is a problem in another video.
