This vegan chocolate cake is so moist, soft and super easy to make! No one will believe it's VEGAN! Aquafaba replaced the egg in this recipe. Use 3 tablespoons for one egg in your recipes. And... my attempt at aquafaba frosting... watch to the end to find out!

Chocolate Cake Vegan Easy | Without Oven | EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES

INGREDIENTS:
• 1/3 cup (80ml) UNSWEETENED ALMOND MILK
• 1 tsp (5g) APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
• 3/4 cup (105g) UNBLEACHED ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
• 1/3 cup (67g) CANE SUGAR
• 1/4 cup (25g) COCOA POWDER
• 1/2 tsp (3g) BAKING SODA
• 1/8 tsp (a pinch) SALT
• 1/2 tsp (3g) BAKING POWDER
• 3 tbsp (48g) AQUAFABA
• 2 tbsp (30g) COCONUT OIL
• 1/4 cup (60ml) BOILING HOT WATER
• 1/2 tsp (3g) VANILLA EXTRACT

AQUAFABA GLAZE/WHIPPED CREAM:
• 1/2 cup (125ml) AQUAFABA
• 1/2 tsp CREAM OF TARTAR
• 1 cup (120g) ICING SUGAR
• 1/2 cup (50g) COCOA POWDER (omit for whipped cream)
• 1/4 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT
• 1/4 tsp ALMOND EXTRACT

HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. In a small bowl, mix together almond milk and apple cider vinegar then set it a side for 10 minutes. The milk will curdle to create butter milk
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and baking powder until combined
3. Make a well in the middle and add aquafaba, oil, boiling water and vanilla. Whisk to combined
4. Greased and lined your pot/pan and bake. Mine took 2 bake cycles (60 min) but rice cooker varies so check after 1 bake (30 min) and bake longer as needed

OVEN BAKING:
Bake in greased and lined pan in pre-heated oven of 350F (175C) for 25-35 minutes. Ovens varied so check around 30 minutes and bake longer as needed

GLAZE/WHIPPED CREAM:
1. In large mixing bowl, beat aquafaba and cream of tartar on low speed until stiff peak; about 4 minutes
2. To make glaze, slowly add the rest of the ingredients (maybe you'll be successful!)
3. To make whipped topping, slowly add icing sugar, vanilla and almond extract. Do not add cocoa powder. Use immediately. It does not store well and will deflate
