Catfish Stew | Simple & Ready in 20 Minutes

I’m making this catfish stew and it takes only 20 minutes to cook.

Ingredients:
2 lbs catfish
2 tbs. brown sugar
2-1/2 tbs. fish sauce
2 tbs. dark soy sauce
1 tbs. black peppers
1 clove of garlic
1 star anise
1 cup of cold water

Cook on high for 10 minutes. Uncover the pot so it doesn’t boil over. Lift the fish with a spatula to prevent it from sticking to the pot too soon. Later at the end is find. Note: sticking to the pot too soon will burn the fish and ruin the whole dish.

Then simmer for 10 minutes, add chili peppers and serve. Great with steamed rice,
