Prosecutors press on with cold cases involving Paul Apodaca

Paul Apodaca was indicted in 3 murder cases, which are moving forward simultaneously. The actual trial dates are to be determined. The defense has questions on how the 'confessions' were obtained, and want them thrown out.
As of January 2023 prosecutors have interviewed up to 50 witness', and still have a lot more to go. Some overlap, while others don't. Some witness' are hard to track down, while others have passed away.

In Kait Arquette's case, Paul Apodaca 'admitted' to killing her: however
he may, or may not have been the actual shooter, but was defiantly involved.

Everything surrounding this case goes so much deeper.
Still so many questions.
There is so much intertwined with this case.
Kait was not random.
Still wondering if someone want's this to stop at PA.
Need to look below the surface.

Around the same time, right before Kait's murder, the Ninja Bandit, Matt Griffin was arrested. He has been a corrupt cop, robber, murderer and dangerous man and inmate! He was sent out of state to different prisons, and brought back to New Mexico in 2019.
