The South Australia AAT August 5 Ruling announcement that National Cabinet is not a part of the Federal Cabinet, and therefore FOI applies and rulings are unlawful, was announced on Twitter by www.bandglawyers.com.

The NSW Supreme Court case mentioned is known as Kassam vs Hazzard. It covers the issue of mandatory vaccination for jobs. The Proceedings number is 2021/00249601.
