Cadaver dogs and rescue horses mysteriously getting sick

This is really weird. An experienced rescue volunteer is hearing multiple first-hand reports of rescue cadaver dogs and rescue horses getting really sick and dying. Not something he's ever seen before and he's done hurricane relief since Hurricane Katrina. The dogs are even decontaminated afterwards and they still are dying off...Is someone trying to prevent the real number of dead from getting out or is there poison in the area or what??

Looks like people are getting affected too and maybe it's nuclear waste...will they get their land grab after all?
