CA Trash dump dozer operator finds Trump ballots

Sure looks like a ballot to me. I am beginning to think the USPS has people inside that are complicit with trying to cause a coup. The only detail I could find on this so far is that it is from CA. If they are doing this in CA, what else are they doing in swing states?
