lets spend tax millions for self loading hydraulic arm garbage trucks,
to make 2-3 jobs per truck disappear is good for the local economy!
the trucks that don't fit down the small alleys of near all city blocks,
so all the new trash cans and trucks are now out on the main streets,
blocking commute traffic on a regular basis is good for local economy!
