a.m. of course and you can not call for a late checkout because the phones inside the rooms are not plugged in and there is no place to plug in the phones. If there was someone who was trafficking children like she is, there would be no way to call for emergency services since their phones do not work. This other criminal male enforcer who says he lives there and goes in other rooms also harassed me after I checked out and was getting my bags. He asked me why I was following him, I told him that I was not following him and getting my bags but then he followed me and told me where his room is.

I would definitely give 0 stars wasn’t an option but this was the worst place ever AC not working, fridge not working no hot water! When I complained the lady at front desk came to check and wanted me out of the room entirely didn’t do anything about it I was really annoyed which she afterwards called the cops for me to leave she said I was rude to her I’m from Newyork and just stopped by here meeting a friend while on my way to Miami

Customer service is 0 stars. Front office lady rude, manager rude, could not give owners information out for some apartment reason. No corporate office either apparently. Extremely unprofessional. We were charged $50 after leaving for a broken lamp. Traveled to Florida strictly for business and travel. We stayed here to get sleep after a long drive non the less. No reason why we would break a lamp they must be desperate for money.

we booked over the phone they toke out payment and we told them we will be there a little late like 2 Am the employe on the phone sound very nice and said oh it’s all good no problem drive safe. And when we got there no one answered our phone calls and there was no one in front desk either. So we had get another place for us. And at same day when we asked for refund they claimed that we did not show up whole we had photos as prove. And of course not refund

Owner was very rude and short. Always asking negative questions and assuming. Rooms are run down and need serious TLC and some decent cleaning.

Stayed in room 106. AC didn't work properly, bathroom is small and cramped. Out of date facility, with very small parking lot. Although they do have coffee pots in room. However the Bugdet Inn website indicates free breakfast. No breakfast!! Over priced motel. Holiday Inn is $20.00 more with clean sheets, bigger bathroom, better AC, more channels on TV, free coffee 24/7, with free breakfast as advertised. Only good thing about Budget Inn was their TV worked.

Terrible! We had stains on EVERYTHING from the floor to the towels and pillowcases. The water was cold (though we later discovered the spigot was reversed) and there was no soap to speak of. The bathroom window was opened and led to an alleyway between the buildings. The walls were destroyed in our room.

However, the manager was very nice. He explained that the owners of the establishment (and other hotels in the area) were planning on remodeling, that the owners would likely not refund me and that he would do whatever it took to make sure we were at least comfortable. Solid guy, I felt bad for him because he was stuck with such an awful place, having to fight just to get basic stuff.

I would avoid this place like the plague.

Oh, and roaches. Big, big big big big roaches.

I gave a one star because zero is not an option. Melissa at "front desk" was awful. She scolded me for not coming to find her in the laundry room for check in. The sheet had a cigarette burns, the room smelled awful, the housekeeper wouldn't spray anything in the room for me without Melissa's approval, there were only 2 towels in a room for 5 and when we asked for more towels we got 2, and there's a mystery closet which I suppose it's not for the guest. I would rather sleep in my car than to stay here ever again. And I was informed that there is no corporate office, so they can do as they please if there's no one to respond to. The only thing going for this room is the nice cold A.C.

Mold in the shower (in the tile and on the wall) nasty cloth shower curtain. The floor turned my sockss black. Mom asked for ' a couple of extra towels' on the second day, got 1 and when she called back to ask for another, because there are 2 of us, was given a nasty attitude. Thought maybe with the good reviews it would be ok, even being an older place, but I was wring. I don't mind it being older, I actually kind of like it, but keep the place clean. Won't be back.

Our village used school board funds, so my daughter and I had a place before taking the train, I was running out at 3AM, the room smelled, dirty, no towels, and BED BUGS, honestly they should be shut down. Just for me to pull the blanket and a full size bedbug to fall to the floor
