Since Russia and China just switched to Gold Backed Currency, they are no longer accepting U.S. Paper Money.
So Apr. 1st would be the perfect time to dump the "Federal Reserve Notes" and switch to the Gold Backed "U.S. Treasury Notes".
This would give the banks 3 days to convert to the Gold Backed Dollar.
