The Left eye is hurting so bad like somebody is picking your eye with a knife, (your head) feels like you wanna die! The pain is (it hurts) incredible! You can no longer function! It hurts so bad/much! A Cluster headache! Cluster headache is one of the most intensely painful human conditions! Your nose eyes mostly on the left side. Some people call it suicide headache. Linda buy some apple cider vinegar. ( antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral properties and rich in Antioxidants). Take two thee spoons bio apple cider on 200ml water. Drink it! It doesn't have a nice taste so maybe you can mix it with something you like. In the beginning i used Syrope now I drink it pure. (You get used to the taste at some point) In Holland/The Netherlands we call it Siroop! : )) (Strawberry 4 Ever taste or the one you like). Take/put a little bit (some) of the apple cider pure on the tip of fingers and put (smear/rub) it in your nose just inhale. (Just the smell of it opens up your nose don't inhale the drops) Take a good (strong) cup of coffee.! (I take it black with some sugar ) One mistake many make is they go and lay down . Always is nice in a cold dark area I know! But just stretch your legs and move your arms let the/your blood flow.
