Biden's owned 50% of CEFC China Energy, Hunter was Managing Director, Maricopa County erased entire database before audit

An email has surfaced from Hunter Biden's laptop. In the email Hunter Biden is arguing with other members of the board of CEFC a Chinese owned Energy Company. Hunter claims in this email that he is the Managing Director of CEFC and that he owns a 50% stake in the company. He refers to himself in the closing of the email as the Managing Director. Was the Biden family holding a 50% stake in a Chinese Owned Electric Company?
