Bell 148 grain 7.62x54R Soft Point Ammo (Range Test)

Trying out some "Bell" brand 7.62x54R 148 grain soft point hunting ammo in the Mosin Nagant 91/30 PU sniper rifle. This ammunition was manufactured by Igman of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It's unusual as this soft point hunting load is Berdan primed & brass cased and is loaded to the highest velocity of any commercial 7.62x54R load that I'm aware of.
