Before the Ink is Dry, California Gets Sued Again

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses one of the over two dozen new gun laws singed into legislation by Gov. Gavin Newsom, SB 2. This piece of civilian disarmament legislation will now create all new "gun free zones" that will encapsulate most of the State of California. Well, our good friends over at the Firearms Policy Coalition have already dropped their first suit so today we take a look at the pleadings so we can arm ourselves with education.
