Another One Pulls Out In Front Of Me 1/12/2017

Really, is it just me this happens to? I have a set of VERY BRIGHT LED driving lights connected to the ignition on my truck so that they come on as Daytime Running Lights, just so people can see me and this still happens. I need a used Abrams M1A1 tank for my daily driver so I'll be safe.
