Another monolith appears on California mountain: 'I guess this is a thing now, right?'
A new mysterious metal monolith has appeared atop a mountain in California, just a week after a similar structure captured the imagination of the world when it was discovered in the deserts of Utah – before disappearing. Amid mounting international attention of the mystery, a similar structure was reportedly found in the mountains of Romania - before it disappeared as well

2020 version of the crop circles, nothing more. The one in Utah was fairly made well. Had an internal frame structure with side panel riveted on. Wasn't solid. The one in Romania was poorly made. Welded seams were not clean, and had grinding/sanding marks all over the panels. There is no "Mysterious Monolith" about them.
