Really, how does this benefit people? It doesn't! And it could certainly be used for control. In China (at least in one video in a city I saw) it's all cashless. I didn't hear about controlling food in the video but I did hear about them controlling who can buy a train ticket to get to work (anti-government/demonstrators get put on the can't list) or who can buy a ticket for a trip to leave the country. Boycott stores you see creeping in their control! Any other ones you've seen?
