A real Time Machine Stops time! Part 1

My world is an artificial one based on people appearing in places I visit and masquerading as if they are there to do what I'm there to do and they just happened to bump into me but my location was known through my micro chip and they were sent there for me to annoy me and drain my battery. This is the biggest industry in Toronto and I'm its engine! I'm a pinata and in a real time machine. Where ever I show up, time stops!
