5th QMTADC conduct sling load operation

U.S. Soldiers, assigned to the 5th Quartermaster Theater Aerial Delivery
Company (5thQMTADC), 39th Transportation Battalion, 16th Sustainment
Brigade, conduct a sling load operation at the 7th Army Training Command's
Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany, Sep. 14, 2016. The 5thQMTADC provides
personnel and aerial delivery support to the United States European Command
and United States Africa Command areas of responsibility and, on order,
