Ballisitc Vest is made by Rhino Armor Ballastics. NIJ certified as Level IIIA. Manufacture Date 10/2011. Clay and or Water jugs were used directly behind the vest panel as a compressible media.

Bullet Fired: 30gr JHP loaded by Elite Ammunition as VarminTOR 1. Averaged velocity from my tests: 2,079 fps

Results:
Bullet penetrated vests, the clay block behind it, and into 1 water jug. The core was found in the water jug, and the jacket was found laying outside of the clay by the water jugs. Wound cavity in the clay is small, but it did penetrate :)
