306 Walter Russell The Secret of Light Part III

This week the Walter Russell Secret of Light Group discusses "The Two Opposite Electric Conditions. The discussion begins with a refresher of the many terms Russell uses to describe the two polarities. The terms will vary regarding the object being discussed. Effort was made to highlight words with (red) for positive polarity and (Blue) for negative Polarity.
Emphasis is given to the unbalanced condition of volumes in nature. The term "potential" is introduce to explain "high potential" in solid matter and "low potential" in space.
Diagrams introducing the static and dynamic axis are also discussed to illustrate the concept of potential.
