Description Attorney Michelle MacDonald was defending a mother without pay in a child custody trial, having sued the presiding Judge David Knutson the day before in Federal court for civil rights violations. During a break in the trial, sheriffs "arrested" Michelle MacDonald for earlier taking a photo of a deputy posing for the camera, a photo that broke no civil or criminal rules or laws. Sheriffs stripped her of clothing, hair piece, jewelry, eye glasses, shoes, and handcuffed her to a belt around her waste, they put her in a cell, coming back later with a wheelchair, to take her back to court for the child custody trial. After Judge Knutson called a lunch break, they wheeled attorney MacDonald back into the cell in handcuffs.
